Nope, batteries work on science, acid attacks the lead to produce a current, and charging the battery reverses the cycle, when the lead is damaged or used up the battery doesnt work.
Am not sure about the exact process but it does work on a 2 chemical reaction, over time the chemicals break down and thus the battery is no good in the end.

Replacing the liquid (which is diluted sulphuric acid normally) does not improve the batteries performance, unless you had the liquid messed up by filling something wrong in, in a otherwise good battery. If the battery performance goes down it's usually because the metal (lead) elements in it are destroyed.

Why fool around with such an important element for your car. Just get a replacement battery and you'll be sure it will always start when needed.

You can make a battery out of a lemon that will work better than an alum battery.

Go to the auto parts store and ask for a box of electrolyte. That's what belongs in a battery and its inexpensive.
