bbwfa is right. I eat every two hours like clockwork. I used to forget to eat every two hours, but now my body is used to it and I notice that I start to get hungry every two hours if I don't eat something. I have limit my calories intake to about 1750. Which is not that much but I am a tiny guy so I don't need that much food. I eat a lot of vegetables, and a lot of fruits. I haven't had had any bread for about 9 months now. on an average day my routine goes like this: Morning: 1 cup of cereal, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 medium banana. Snack: 1 small greek yogurt Lunch: 1 cup of chicken, with 1 cup of greens and 1/2 cup of garbanzo beans. 3 spoons of salad dressing and 1/2 an avocado. + 1 medium size fruit. Snack: 1 medium size fruit or 1 small greek yogurt Dinner: 1 cup of chicken with 1 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of green peas, 1/2 cup of mushrooms snack: 1/4 cereal with 1/2 cup of almond milk or 1 cup of sliced fruit with spicy sauce and salt (my little treat for the day).
I used to weight 210 and now I weight 165lbs. It took me 1 and a half years, but I feel great.
