Does anyone know of an easy way to keep track of diapers in a daycare setting?

I want something that show when they brought the diapers in, how many, when I need to let the parents know they need to bring more in, ect.

I would get a mid-sized clear plastic stackable tote for each child using diapers and tape an index card to it with the child's name on it. There are totes on the market that are made to be stacked and used like drawers, which are ideal. When diapers are brought in, mark the date and the number. As diapers are used make a simple tally mark to indicate that.

Put them in cubbies with the kid's names on them.

Keep a bag with a name tag for each child, maybe.

However, I can get over the fact that you have to show proof at all ... That just floors me.

They can keep them in separate cubbies with each child's name. That makes it easy to keep up with and let the parents know when you need wipes, diapers, ect.
