do 47 seconds of crunches, Russian twist, planks , and side push-ups a ten min workout may repeat up to 3 time in one day. stop the snacks and replace them with water
It's not going to be fast . Hard work ,diet , exercise ,and time .
Do exercise daily (early at morning) :) then you're tummy will be flat.
Run a mile everyday, Do 20 crunches everyday, Do 10 pushups before you go to bed then do 10 more when you wake up.
Try sit ups they kinda helped me :P
