Does anyone know some ways to help you go to sleep
I've been having sleep troubles for the past week now. I've been lying in my bed with my eyes closed and I can't sleep. I keep my eyes closed all night and when sunrise comes up I decide to just wake up and drink a redbull or something to get me awake. But when It comes to 7 and 8 at night I am very tired, so I go to sleep and wake up at 4 in the morning and the whole process repeats. I desperately need some suggestions.
