Does anyone know some ways to help you go to sleep

I've been having sleep troubles for the past week now. I've been lying in my bed with my eyes closed and I can't sleep. I keep my eyes closed all night and when sunrise comes up I decide to just wake up and drink a redbull or something to get me awake. But when It comes to 7 and 8 at night I am very tired, so I go to sleep and wake up at 4 in the morning and the whole process repeats. I desperately need some suggestions.

I saw on doctor oz, you can drink a tall glass of warm milk that helps soothe you and puts you to sleep. He also said that if you're going to take sleeping pills make sure you're taking them properly, and not taking someone else's sleeping pills. There are two types of sleeping pills. One to make you go to sleep, and the other is to make you stay asleep. Most don't see the difference, but if you take the ones for sleeping the whole night, it could be problem when you wake up and get in that car and start driving.

Hmmm are you having trouble in life with any type of stress sometimes when you over think solutions about lifebcan cause so much distraction to even sit and even take a nice little break.

Try keeping a fan on for the noise. If it's cold in your room that helps. Try binaural beats if all else fails. Or try huggling your blankets or a pillow. if you hug something, that helps.

take a allergy pill 2 hrs before you wanna go to sleep one that makes u sleepy it should work I have the same issue

Get something that makes a slight noise and try to push through you initial 7 or 8 zone of being tired and lay down around 9 or 10. Dont drink anything with Caffine after 5 or 6, seriously thats a big thing. Also stress could cause it. If you pray while your just laying I have found most of the time I cant finish bc I doze of while praying.

Hhhhh you are a lucky guy .. you have to do like me take a hot water shower and and dry all your body and don't dry your hair get your sleep clothes and put a towel on your head and put the a.c to med heat then put a towel on your head and close your eyes and have a deep sleep hell yeah
