Some females get it worst than others but you should go get checked by the doctor just in case .

Yup. A lot of women become anaemic during their periods.

You don't actually loose a lot of blood during your period believe it or not, it's not enough to effect you at all. See a doctor immediately though and figure out what's going on.

The way to find out if you are losing too much blood is if you need to change your pad or your tampon within 2 hours of applying it. If you have to change it that often, you are bleeding too much. I know that somebody already told you that you don't lose enough blood to affect you, but that's wrong. There are conditions out there that can cause excessive bleeding during menstration. You need to be seen by a doctor. I'm speaking from experience.
Also....
*When you're on your period, and you go to stand up, stand up slowly. Give your blood pressure a chance to adjust befor you take a step*.

Your welcome, & I hope you get this figured out soon. You may simply be anemic, and need to take iron to help your red blood count stay up.

I do take iron tablets but i think its bad that i loose iron because im only 13.

If you're already on iron, then there very well may be something else going on with you. Sweetheart, you really truly need to see your doctor. And be 100% honest with him or her. This is nothing to be embarrassed about.

Take an iron suplement maybe every other day or so. You sound anaemic. Possibly dehydrated as well so drink lots of water.
