How would I know if I need a higher dose of my antidepressant (Celexa)?

I'm currently on 40mg and I'm not sure this is the right dose for me. Perhaps I need 60mg. I still feel depressed and anxious, but I don't know if that means I need a higher dose. I've been on Zoloft and others before, but I'm starting to doubt if Celexa is even right for me.

You cannot prescribe medicine for yourself. The 40mg you are taking, if administered by a pharmacist or doctor, should be just fine with you. If you think it does not have any effect, visit a pharmacist for a correct dosage.
