What Simpsons episode does Bart say "No matter how good a movie is, it can't compare with the imagination of a small boy"?

And what is happening in the episode when he says it?

Thanks! What does Bart mean when he says that line though?

If I remember correctly, Hommer punished Bart for some reason so Bart was not allowed to go see the new Itchy & Scratchy movie. So while Lisa went to go see it he was on the couch watching tv and that's when he said the line " I can entertain myself. No matter how good a movie is, it can't compare to the imagination of a small boy ".

Oh right, is that when he closes his eyes and tries to visualize an Itchy and Scratchy episode in his head, but he just pictures them standing there? Or am I way off?
