My 14th birthday is in less than two weeks, and I really want an iPhone!

I get an allowances of 15 a week and have said I will pay for the difference in monthly costs from my phone before and the new one! I told them my idea, and I explained the benefits about the iPhone, however, I cannot tell if they are going to get it for me or not. How can I make sure that I get it?

I would question your reasons for wanting such an expensive device. What are you planning on doing with it? Making phone calls? Texting? You can do all that with a plain 'ol cell phone at a fraction of the cost. Or...do you just want one because everyone else has one? Keeping up with the Jones is expensive, especially if you are not getting and REAL benefit from it.

I think they will be able to get you an iPhone for your 14th birthday. If you have already explained to them the benefits of having an iPhone and how you will cater for the monthly costs, then be sure they will get it for you. Just be patient and wait for that day.

With a two year contract, Sprint has the IPhone 4 for free.

I don't know about you but I read "I wanna get ripped off, by Appearance costs and fragility" My real suggestion is that you get a Nokia; they're nearly indestructible.

I think that you will get one if you don't bring it up for the nest two weeks and just let them decide! I think that you have done enough talking and just let it sink in and then maybe you will get it:)
