Whoever shuts it down. If Republicans fund the government except for Obamacare, then they get blamed for shutting down Obamacare. But they get credit for keeping government going. If Obama vetoes the continuing resolution, he gets the blame for shutting it down. Pretty simple, fair, and understandable. It's Congress's job to both tax and spend. We elect them to do it. Sometimes they run on a platform that is different from the Administration's; it was that way when Democrats took over Congress in Bush's last 2 years. The people speak, and usually they get what they want. It's hard to go against a poll that shows Obamacare with only 40 pct approval, and dropping.

I'm sure it will be all our fault ! But it's never going to happen ! Jobs are picking up and unemployment is at 7.4% ! We have to have a Government ! If they would trim it down and get rid of some of the ridiculous committee's, everything would run a lot better. It will never shut down ! This is America ! Everything will be fine. As soon as they can figure out what to do with Obama care, it will be fine !
If that happens then both sides should. It means that no one was willing to work with each. We sent those people to work for us we are there bosses and if they don't want to get the job done we need to let them go and put in people that are willing to work together no matter what their party is or who they are. After then have been there awhile they don't believe they need to answer to anyone and that needs to change. Right now it seems we keep sending the same people back and expect a different outcome we keep on voting on name or party and not on what they are willing to do and that needs to stop as well if we want move forward. Right now there seems to be to much finger pointing on both sides and no work being done in which we the people sent them to do.
Those voted into office deserve the blame since they cannot seem to be able to work in a manner that produces positive results. Right now they are leaving for their August break. I'd like to see them held to the same standards as those who work and struggle to live every day. No vacation / no pay till your work is done, period.
You real got a burr under your saddle don't you. Always with it's Why the Republicans, Why does the right, Why do conservatives.. / Buddy, let it go! What do you hope to accomplish. The point being so many of your ilk just don't get it. There's a disconnect in your world view. Stuck. I think it's got something to do with moral makeup.
