Don't do stupid things like only drinking water and eating crackers for a year. Water is fine, great actually, but if you only have a certain food with little nutritional value you'll just get sick. You should call your doctor for this, not the internet. He KNOWS you. We don't.
Eat less and healthier food but eat more often and eat slower. Don't starve yourself,except if your going for the anorexic look(which isn't very ''in'')...also exercise helps and drink lots of water. Good luck:)
drink lots of water , lower intake of calories . also eating celery helps you lose lots of weight . I started taking purely inspired green coffee beans weight loss supplements and green tea extract herbal supplements . i lost a good 10 pounds
