Is it okay to use collagen in your twenties? Plus, other skincare questions~~
am 22 years old and bought a product from Japan that is an all in one gel that is supposed to work as a toner, cream, pack, milky lotion and serum/essence. It contains the ingredients: collagen, ceramide, soy bean isoflavone and double hyaluronic acid, and the person I bought it from said it was geared toward people in their 20's-40's but that people even older use it sometimes too. Am I too young to be using this type of cream? Will it damage my skin or make it less resistant to wrinkle creams later when I actually need them? Or is it just preventative skincare that works for a wide age range of people?
