How much weight loss and exercise would I need to do to get a six pack?

I know that along with exercise you need a low body fat percentage to have a physical six pack. I currently weigh 180lbs and am 5'7, how many lbs would I need to lose to get my body fat low enough and what exercises are good? Lastly is it worth it - will girls find a six pack attractive?

You do not need to lose much weight to get a six pack. All you need to do is to adjust your exercises and perform those that will help you have a six pack. just do this: do sit-ups before eating. the food will turn into energy and muscle, rather than fat. and you wont lose weight. muscle weighs more than fat.
