Whatever you feel like! Fruit is good for mornings. It's good to get some protein or whole grain (or both!) So maybe oatmeal, some yogurt, and a few strawberries or something! It depends on what you like and what you're hungry for. Don't skip breakfast or your stomach will be growling until lunch and that can be pretty awkward...
Hi. Try this- get a flour tortilla and put scrambled egg (takes just a couple minutes to scramble an egg) in it with cheese. Fold it over and nuke it for 30 seconds. Yum. You can eat it on the go. Try wrapping it so it won't drip.

I suggest cheese on a tortilla melted is yummy and good with condiments like ketchup, salsa, sour cream, and even other quick foods like chopped onion, cooked eggs.
I also think warm or cold cereal is great!
And if you aren't allergic to nuts, try peanut butter with dried fruit. I suggest multi~grain or gluten~free bread with that. And your favorite dairy or alternative milk: almond, flax, hemp, rice, soy, et cetera...
Even a plate of cooked rice and 2 eggs is scrumptious with soy sauce and/or chili paste.
Have fun & enjoy your morning no matter what your dietary habits are: vegan, vegetarian & meatatarian :P
hard boiled eggs cooked in advance with a healthy bread toast and piece of fruit. Also you can make up pancakes or waffles in advance and freeze them so they are ready to go into toaster. Add vanilla and cinnamon for better taste. again with fruit or juice.
Bread with butter or any flavour u like and coffee or tea if u like and if u r late 4 school u can eat muffin or chocolate or biscuit but most time I eat chocolate or biscuit or Bread....If u have something else in your mind I don't mind :).......Or Milk shake.

Peanuts and milk. It is not a common breakfast in the US but, oatmeals and granula bars have them including some muffins and bread. Besides, they're very good source of protein, calcium, potassium and energy. Once every other day in the morning.Or you can go with the bananas and milk.
PB & J & a slice of cheese (we call it a "power sandwich"), glass of orange or grapefruit juice and a Carnation Breakfast Essencials...keeps my teens alert for hours. Covers all food groups. Best of luck in school!
