You'll always lose more weight when you exercise. Don't expect to drop a lot of weight, it's water weight and will come back as soon as you eat. Exercise, eat less, healthy and the weight will drop slowly.

The master cleansing diet is not good for you and you should really not do it. It does not work and it’s just a fake fad diet. Just don’t do it. Do you really just want to eat lemon juice, maple syrup, water and cayenne pepper for a total of 16 day? Look all you will be doing to your body is starving it! Any weight that you loss will be water, and waist products nothing as far as fat. You loss nothing that is worth losing! You will be lucky if you can live long enough to complete the diet. Your body is going to go into panic mode and will shut down. Just don’t do it!
