Are you old enough to be on here? If so, do you need a life? Sarcasm aside, I really truly hope you are NOT losing sleep over such a question. What, you want specifics? OK try this: Put a pot of water on the stove, turn the stove on, wait for it to boil. (If "hot" is supposedly "better", boiling water should be VERY GOOD right? As far as I know, water is water. If stuck out in the middle of the Mojave desert and all you have is hot water, that may not be such a good thing, but definitely better than no water at all.)
Alexclarkus has the correct answer. While most drink ice-water, room temp is really the best for us, it has to do with metabolism. Great question by the way! It's interesting, you should research it...
Room temperature. Too cold causes cramps especially in hot weather. Hit water is good when eating as it melts fats and you excrete the food faster. Sounds weird but it's from a scientific paper. Guess mom and dad drinking tea at meals wasn't wrong. Just drink lots of water. Period
Room temp is the best to drink, because your body works harder to warm cold water, making your metabolism faster. Hot water then has to cool in the body. So drinking room temp water I the best. I prefer ice cold water myself.
