I would say change your diet to lean meats and vegetables, cardio is great and always switch it up so your body doesn't get used to the same movement. I do p90x

You cannot target fat in one part of the body, certain fat deposits burn before others and changes from person to person. The best way to lose fat is to use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). An example of HIIT is running for a minute and then jogging/walking for 2 minutes. There is an interval of high intensity(running), and then an interval of rest(jogging/walking). Mix between resistance training(lifting weights etc.), and HIIT. Make sure to reduce your caloric intake daily by eating more fruits, vegetables and organic foods because in reality, u will be eating more, but consuming less calories.

You've got to drop your body fat percentage. Crunches will tone your abs, but that's useless if you can't see them. The best way to drop your body fat is to do plenty of cardio, cardio is long duration (e.g 30 minute run) so you're body burns all it's sugar and is forced to burn it's fat reserves.

Training your muscles with crunches/weights etc. Doesn't take very long, so your body can usually manage with it's sugar reserves, and therefore won't need to burn any fat.

Do a half hour run 3-6 times a week & it'll start dropping off.

you just need to have confidence and determination. eat healthy and stick to it. exercise. push yourself but not too hard. you can do it. i lost 10 lbs in a week and a half.

I grew up loving gymnastics, tumbeling, actrobacts and dancing. Ballroom dancing that is. I believe dancing keeps one agil, limber, healthier heart and circulation, etc. even when one can no long do straineous workouts. I will soon be 80. Oh, wear high heels when you dance and you will deffinately have balance; I still do.

the fastest way to kill belly fat is to not eat alot. or eat very healthy and exercise. work ur upper body out a couple time a week

try eating a lot of catabolic foods drink lots of water, and exercise about three or four times a week. you may want to switch up your exercise routine now and then though . good luck!

Insanity! Go to Beachbody.com do look at programs at home with minimal equipment. Insanity! is a 30 day intense cardio routine however you really need to be motivated and give it your all to get killer results. I did it and it works well. NO BS
