Drink light alcoholic beverages that don't have many calories. Like Michelobe Ultra if you like beer. It does taste like water though. Avoid juices. I would stick to drinking wine and drink a full glass of water in between drinks.
Check out a product called Skinnygirl Vodka and see if these people make any other "low calorie" hard liquor. I'm not sure though if the calorie savings are enough to provide any benefits. Personally I resolve this issue by enjoying a drink once a week instead of every day.
