What is a quick, simple trick to losing baby fat on your stomach?

I have this bump of what I think is baby fat on my stomach. either that or just plain fat. it really annoys me because I want a flat stomach. does anyone know an easy things other than plain old exercise? I've already tried and it doesn't work. and I don't want to go out to like china to buy some crazy fruit that I've never heard of either.

You cannot lose weight in spots. It is not physically possible. You can lose weight over all and that might help but your best bet would be to target work out. Do work outs that strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominals. This will tighten up the area and reduce the appearance of a bump! There is not food that will make a bump go away. There is no supplement either. All of those things are bogus. Losing weight or working out are the only real options. You said you tried and it did not work. Perhaps you did the wrong work outs, or gave up too soon. It can take 6-9 weeks to see a difference. Did you work out longer than a few weeks?

then look for work outs that are easy for a hectic life! did you know they have work outs for people who are stuck at a desk? there are workouts for people who travel. there are ways to stick to a program even with a hectic life. it might be more of a challenge at the starts but once you are in the habit it, you may even forget you workout!

You can't lose fat on just one specific area, it has to all gradually go away. But honestly, a little bump on the belly doesn't even look bad at all, trust me ;)

Lol, if there was an easy way everyone would have flat stomachs. Having abs really depends on your body fat percentage and where you carry your weight (genetics) and how defined you are in the first place. You'll need to be around %15 body fat. Basically you need to keep losing body fat until your belly disappears. You can target that area in workouts, but will need to lose all over for it to go away.
