It depends on where home is located... I'd love to timeshare in Hawaii... but also want to know the living habits of the folx you are sharing the home with. Many questions... many risks. I'd do more research on time sharing before I throw hard earned money into it. Good Luck !
My brother bought a time share condo and took forever to unload it on some one else. You have to use it like two certain weeks a year and something would always come up so he couldn't go. Then he would have to try to swap out weeks with some one else. Real pain in the kazoo.
You spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on something you'll use very infrequently. You cannot unload it or sell it easily. Really not worth it to get caught up with a timeshare. Walk away while you can!
