Pain in lower leg muscle when I walk, run, or dance. What could it be?
I am 14 and I do a lot of sports including ballet, tumbling, trampoline, hip hop, jazz, volleyball, ect. This pain is becoming a very big problem with my sports and need to know what is causing this. In volleyball, lyrical, and ballet I have to do a lot of jumps and balancing and other things that put stress on the leg. I am worried since the pain starts earlier and more intense. Please help. My mom thinks I just need to strengthen my leg more but it is stronger then my other leg.
And my knee often has pain when I dance for a long time.
