Which is healthier, fruits or vegetables?

i just want to be more healthy :)

There's no either or. Both fruits and vegetables share the balance we need of vitamins and minerals, so to eat one and not the other would cost a deficiency of some nutrient. They don't have to be eaten together but it's important to include them both in your diet.

I'm gonna go with veggies, because although both are healthy, fruits can be sugary. I'm not positive though, I could be wrong.

Veggies are probably healthier, however you really won't go wrong with either.
