best vitamins that will make you gain weight. i'm losing weight fast

okay I was weighing 106 im 17 by the way. small and tall for my age. but I'm dropping weight because im stressing out about life and I work at McDonald. so I get sick of eat that food. I need some really good vitamins to help gain weight and start eat. some that don't cost to much tho. ik you should be happy with your self but im losing weight that's not being happy with your self.

are you sexually active? sorry to ask but you will understand the reason in a minute. you don't have to say the answer to me or anyone else ok. anyways since smell of food is making you sick and youre dropping weight fast...you maybe pregnant. when have you have your last period? does certain smells that never bother you before makes you about to get sick? is your breast area tender and getting bigger? do you have bathroom urges that you never had before? does your lower back hurt? have you been moody here lately? is your hair and fingernails growing faster than usual? if you have any of those problems you might want to buy a pregnancy test. because if you are you need to get prenatal vitamins and go to a Dr ASAP. when I first got pregnant I lost weight and had all the systems I asked you. being 17 you can actually go to the health dept and ask for a test without parental concent if you don't want to take a chance of buying a test yourself and having someone seeing you do so.

Before starting any medication you should see a doctor. It's best to make sure there's no serious physical problem leading to your weight loss.

All I have to add is that if I want to gain weight is chewing gum. Most say this keeps weight down but it's the opposite for me. Or adding sugar, not much, to my diet. If that doesn't work, "Ensure" or any of the like has a weight gain formula. However make sure to visit your Physician first, as mentioned above. It can also be a hormonal imbalance. Also, heat makes me lose weight. In the summer I always lose a few no matter what. Growth spurts can make it difficult as well. Your body is talking to you, listen. Stress releases certain chemicals that are harmful. Take the time to address your issues.
Last but important, make sure that the foods that you do eat are calorie dense as well as nutritionally optimal.
