Thinking young for me is being happy ! When I'm happy and know that someone cares for me, I always think youthful. Hold on to happiness and you will hold on to your youth! I'm an adult and it sure works for me ! I'm already pretty fit for my age and I swim every day and swimming makes me happy and youthful !
