Trig X2 and Optimal Stack muscle supplements. Have any of you tried them? Or any muscle supplements for that matter?
I am 160 lbs and 5.7 I have been going to the gym continuously and I am eating healthy. I am loosing fat like there is not tomorrow, but I want to gain muscle. Unfortunately I have always been skinny, until a couple years ago when I started to gain weight, but it was relatively easy for me to lose it. I am thinking of muscle supplements, but I have read stories online about guys that take an specific brand and they end up with liver diseases. Have any of you tried muscle supplements? what has been your experience.
