How can I control my anger issues?

i have anger issues too, very bad issues...i strongly recommend counselling sessions, take your anger out then. my counselor has suggested that during anger, get a piece of paper, a coloring crayon, draw one big connected line that creates shapes/space for you to color in. when you stop pressing on the crayon as hard, the color will turn out lighter and thats when you know your calming down. hope this helps :)

As soon as someone says something rude to me or to someone i love or about someone i love, I either physically hurt them, or threaten them.

find something that makes you happy and gets your mind off of it..it took me about 1-2 years to get my anger issues under control..and I still sometimes can't control it. I think about the one person that can always calm me down. :)

Deep cleansing breaths are great. Go for a walk or bike ride to clear your head. Revenge also works as well.

You could try a stress ball or talk to a therapist I have anger issues but I'm learning to control them by going to therapy:)

As soon as someone says something to/about me or to/about someone I love I either physically hurt them, threaten them, or yell really loud at them.

People will say anything negative to somebody you love so the best thing to to is just not scream but keep calm instead :) keep practicing by yourself
