Is brie cheese better served warm or cold?

Report as

It is usually served at room temperature, but it is really really good if you bake it a short time with raspberry or apricot preserves and some chopped walnuts or hazelnuts on top. Then serve it on good bread or crackers. It's awesome!

The traditional way is to serve it slightly warmed so the center is just a little gooey and spread on with a knife or spoon.

My children, on the other hand, prefer it chilled hard. Blech!

I like it just slightly warmed maybe even just at room temp. I think you will just have to try it both ways for yourself and decide what you prefer.
