Is Brie supposed to be served baked exclusively? My stubborn friend insists it should not be served cold.
Brie Cheese? Many people just eat it cold, but some like it warm that the center can be melty, YUM!
It's not "supposed" to be served any particular way except the way you like it. Pizza is "supposed" to be hot too, but how many people do you know that refuse to eat cold pizza?
Not cold. Room temp
This is the second question about brie today. Sheesh. The TRADITIONAL way is to serve it warm so the center is gooey and you spread the cheese with a knife or spoon. My children, however, will only eat it if it is chilled hard.So your stubborn friend can insist all he/she wants, but if my children want brie, it will be served chilled for them.
It should always be served warm.
it is delicious hot or cold. it is if it room temperature for a long period of time, when the bacteria starts to grow and will potentially get people sick.
