How do i stop tearing my ACL

last year during P.E I tore my ACL 3 times I twisted my leg and it popped and than i couldn't walk and my leg swole up so we went to the doctor and they said I tore my ACL so is there any way that i could stop that from happening again

To stop tearing your ACL, you may need to stop performing heavy exercises with that particular leg. Instead, you should embark on doing light exercises and not exerting a lot of pressure on the broken that has the injuries.

Thank you but it's not really hard exercise I mean the first time it was but now a simple kick in the back of the leg can do it so I don't know what to do. But thank you for your answer
