What are some easy healthy lunches to make for school?

My mom wants me to be more healthy, last year, I mainly packed little Debbie's in my lunch, and some how she found out. I'm sick of sandwiches, like PB and J, and PB and honey, the reasons why is because it ends up messy in my lunch or I end up not eating it.
I dont like whole grain, stuff, and I want something that takes seconds to make, and I wanted to taste so tasty I dont even realize it healthy.

Try to include protein and fiber in each meal, so you feel full and satisfied for several hours. Keep sugar and fat to a minimum so you don't get tired and sleepy. Drink water or maybe a little 100% juice (not juice drink). Here's a few suggestions:
1. Hummus with celery, carrots, and something whole grain (crackers, pita, etc)
2. Apple, cheese, and crackers.
3. Hard boiled egg, raw veggies, grapes, and whole grain crackers.
Oops, I just saw you said you don't like whole grain stuff - but maybe you'll find some whole grain crackers you like, might be worth a try. They might be more energizing and satisfying.

Tuna fish , egg or chicken salad sandwiches. Bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich, grilled cheese. Little Debbie is junk, that's why it is so cheap, cheap ingredients. Packaged Peanut butter crackers or cheese crackers are even better then Little Debbie.

If you want healthy and quick you need to get over the whole grain thing, many of the products out there dont taste much different than the white bread you usually eat. Try low sodium low fat lunch meats and cheeses you wont even know the difference. Yogurt instead of cakes, and those sourcream special k chips are amazing!!!!
