Can I work around certain limits on a Chromebook?
I recently got a Chromebook, and discovered that it cannot run Java or any Microsoft/Steam games etc. Usually, only Chrome Store applications will run on this device, and they are often demos. Even some Chrome Store applications will not run on a Chromebook, and games - like Sims and Spore especially - that require Microsoft or other incompatible software are not able to run on this. I have a USB disc drive, so that will not be a problem. I just need to know if there is a way to surpass these limitations. Thanks for the help and advice.
