When I was half asleep on my bed how come all of a sudden I felt like I was falling?

I had a mini heart attack but does that mean anything health wise? or mental disorder or just normal?

its called a hypnic jerk when that happens and its actually cause your brain thought it was dying, weird how the Human body can be so interesting

I have that too. Im not sure what it means or if it is a health issue which im pretty sure it isn't. It hasn't caused any problems to my normal life daily. I think its just another weird trance we get into i guess.

That happens to everyone. Completely normal. And it wasn't a "mini heart attack", just a jolt of adrenaline.

It is a reaction from your brain

This is something our bodies do when entering the stages of sleep... We are jolted awake, which is sometimes scary and/or bothersome however, we usually fall right back to sleep...
