Pooping hurts really bad?

So for the past week or so, every time I poop, my stomach hurts really bad. After I eat, my stomach has a horrible pain, so I go to the bathroom, sometimes I'm in there for 10-30 minutes, half of that time I'm pooping and the other half I'm about to cry. When I do poop, there is an unbearable pain and when I think I'm done I try to go and continue with my business, but another overwhelming pain comes, and it starts over again. I have tried pepto and a heating pack for my stomach and neither of them helped. Anytime I drink anything it hurts too. I just want it to end

You'd be surprised at some of the problems that appear to be constipation that really aren't . These can range from kidney stones to appendicitis. What concerns me is that you're having trouble just drinking things. You could have a pinched colon- gosh there are so many things. You need to go to the doctor as soon as you can ESPECIALLY check your temperature to see if you have a fever . If you do and you have health insurance, I would even suggest the Emergency Room since you're in so much pain.

I had a bile obstruction at 14 and liquids caused issue too. I was put on water and broth for two weeks to clear it up! It hurt like heck. I wonder if you are on to something or I am. Your answers are some of the best possibilities mentioned!

Constipation maybe? You should go to the doctor so that they can give you a pill to help you. Oh! And maybe eat more veggies! They'll help you poop easier, I swear! :) xD

Pain is your body's way of letting you something is wrong. If your in that much pain you should see a doctor, ignoring it will not make it go away.

You sound like you are eating foods that bind you up and don't move easy and that can really hurt. You need to start figuring out which foods you don't digest well or this will get worse over time. For now, drink lots of water, even juices. Try to avoid dry foods for a bit. Avoid bread and heavy starches for a bit. Eat light. If possible...stick to juices, water, soups with little meat or veggies (more broth like) and this will help move things through if you do it for several days in a row. Then you can add some foods back a little at a time and it will help you find which ones cause this to happen. You could have some severe food intolerances too. Please see a doctor about this when you can.

Try miralax. It's sounds like constipation. Miralax dissolves in any drink you want to put it in, but it's not as tasteless as the directions say. I usually just put it in water and rinse my mouth out really well, after I take it. It will soften the stool a little and help with the constipation. My doctor says it's safe for long term use if necessary, but if you are still having trouble after about 2 days, I'd see a doctor. Not all bowel problems are constipation.

Please listen to the answers already given you by SunshineShelly and, especially, by Spit_n_Fire.
.
What you are going through is not normal, and might turn into something really serious if not treated, soon.
As Spit_n_Fire said, having trouble just drinking liquids is a real warning sign, even without the other abnormal stuff.
.
Get yourself to a doctor ASAP.
If you don't have insurance, go to an Emergency Room, and they'll find some way to cover your treatment.
But, honestly, this is NOT something you should just write off as simple constipation.
You'll be fine, I'm sure, but you do need to get this under control (or fixed). For that, you need a doctor.
:-)
