My xbox has a problem reading discs, does anyone know what i can do to fix this problem

The first step to try and solve the problem would be to inspect and clean the disc. You can check to see if the disc has scratches, as this can prevent the console from reading the disc. You can clean the disc using a slightly damp cloth and try and load it to see if it will work. Another option would be to try other discs on it. The disc has to be compatible with the console, in order to play.

what is it saying disc unreadable on one disc or on all discs

I put in a disc and it says open tray. I have to keep opening and closing tray then it works

ok then it might have to much dust in the disc tray you would want to clean it
