First thing you need to know is the isotope that has destroying power would be uranium-235 and plutonium-239. Though plutonium-239 found as an after product of nuclear plantations. Urianium-235 which is the only fissile uranium isotope only found in nature with really small amounts. So in order to get them they have to enrich the uranium metal. Which is an extremely expensive process only possibly can be done in the facilities belongs to very rich governments which uses those to manufacture their own weapons. Therefore it is not a marketable product. There might be some speculations about what its probable price would be but there is no truth behind any. The actual power would highly depends on the design of the bomb, which is very advanced by the new millenium. The important point with all bombs is keeping the explosion contaminated as long as possible so to keep the chain chemical reaction going. Hiroshima was 50+ kg U235 for instance and the explosion was the power of %1 of the mass. But the current bombs are usually two-stage-thermonuclear-bombs which are much cheaper because they use the cheaper uranium238 isotope and safer but you still need the other isotope.
