This error is typically related to an expired Xbox Live Gold account. An Xbox Live Gold account is normally required to play online games on Xbox Live. If you encounter.. "this current profile is not allowed to play Xbox live" and have renewed your Gold Membership.......I found by Deleting your profile from storage, and then downloading it again from X-box live, fixes it.......Understanding a banned console, or poor Wi-Fi etc.......also causes that same problem.....The console profile membership has not been updated and waiting can be a pain.....Hope this helps.
