If you buy one of those packs that you freeze and then put it in the lunchbox, your options will grow. Cut-up fruit, small containers of yogurt, cottage cheese, cheeses, salads, fresh vegetables, jello (ugh), sugar-free pudding, crackers, pretzels, hard-boiled eggs. Lots of stuff...

you can have a sandwich with whole grain bread and maybe put chicken, ham or whatever you like, make them very complete and different everyday. Also if u like fruit u can take some too. You can also have salad. And buy a thermos and take something homemade.... hope this helped!!!!
Granola, any type of fruit or vegetable, sandwiches, pretzels, trail mix, cereal (not sugary kinds), fat-free pudding, yogurt, etc. Also I would suggest going through the fridge the next time you're in a creative mood; it would help you get ideas flowing through your mind. Or the next time you go to the store you could try walking down the snack isle an extra time.
