It's unusual! It's better than junk food, but you may tire of it, if you do this often. Perhaps make a salad.
Low calorie, lycopenes which help prevent skin damage, anti incidents which help fight against cancer, dietary fiber, Vitamin C, B vitamins and they are quite tasty. Tomatoes have more health benefits than apples!
