Is it bad to workout when you're sick?
If you're suffering from coughing and shortness of breath, you shouldn't work out. Other exercises are OK but I don't recommend exercising.

No..., well it depends what kind of sick, but it could help you feel better if its just a simple cold. But for something like the flu, or coughing I would say no to working out.
the more strain you put on your body when you are sick, means it will take longer for your body to heal. whike it wont do any damage, maybe keep it to a minimum, and you will get better quicker if you rest more
