i have bad acne any idea of how i can get rid of it?

You need to see your doctor and either have them help you or refer you to a dermatologist. My 15 year old started to get boil like pimples on her hair line and the topical med the doc gave her cleared it right up. Good luck!

Proactive is awesome but just drinking water instead of soda and eating healthy really helped me.

My heart goes out to you. Attitudes change and food was charged as being the cause with flawed findings. Visit a dermatologist and sometimes they will put you on a low dose antibiotic for a period of time. Home remedies will do more harm than good.

Washing your face every morning and every night is a good place to start, I would also recommend using Proactive, it really helped clear up my skin. Drinking more water may also help clear up your skin. Another trick is using coconut oil (you can buy it at most grocery stores) it sounds really weird, but I put it on my face every night before I went to bed and it really helped clear my skin up. Just make sure to wash your face in the morning. Good luck! :)

Wash ur face with soup n everytime u pick at it also wash with soup right after eating healthy is big too.!. No chocolate... I had bad acne for 8 years n I just relized that nothing reely out there works as good as wat I did... Hope everything clears up fast and good luck :)
