How should I train?

I plan on going for Cross Country this year in school. I have trouble sticking with my schedule for running when and what time I should go because I am always so busy with my family!

Well run or just exercise your legs and body when you can. While watching tv jog in place or do sit ups or push ups. When you wake up do a certain amount of exercises. Same for when you go to bed.

well try going after school in the afternoon, that would be the best time to train even if you only train for 30 minutes, you will still get some some training in. i kinda know how you feel my friend is a fitness fanatic has a lot of time on her hands where as i dont but i still make time for her.
trust me you will work it out good luck in cross country.

stretch alot, drink water ,practice breathing and jog in mornings or on free time also eat healthy
