How to fluff my mayo?

I tried making homeade mayo with a emersion blender but it still didnt work. i pulsed it and it still seperated. then i tried to whisking it but it just looks like it together but its just not whipped. do i throw it out or can it be saved? thanks for your help

Before you start make sure that the temperature of all the ingediants, is same. Use egg yoke without egg white. Start blending/beating it slowly. It will start rising a bit. Add Mustard Powder , Sugar and then start adding Oil drop by drop while beating it continuously. Keep blending (or mixing with an egg beater). It will start absorbing oil and rise. Vinegar or Lemon Juice may be added later in small quantity when you observe that the Oil is not being easily absorbed. You may not throw away and use the failed mixture by adding to it slowly and beating/blending like Oil. Good Luck!

......Ugh...... I would just go to the store and buy one, but I am FAR from a "Betty Crocker!" Lololol! :0)
I think it is so neat you made mayo but I would personally throw it out and try it again. Practice makes perfect.

I make it perfectly by hand but I cant ever make it by the blender or food processor. thanks for the props
