I've been feeling low on energy. I'm an old guy and have been eating okay, except no cholesterol. I exercise, so shouldn't that do it?

I regularly donate blood platelets and feel sometimes that makes me weak, so I stretch out the that time. Is there a stomach flu going around? Oh yeah, I've been having more constipation than usual.

Eating well and often exercising are good ways of maintaining good energy levels. The reason that you are feeling low on energy may be because of fatigue and your regular blood donation. You should make sure that you drink plenty of water and eat a lot of fruits so that your energy levels can go up again. Also, ensure that you get enough rest and visit your doctor often for a routine checkup.
