What is the best diet for someone who has Barrett's Esophagus, a Hiatal Hernia and Stomach Inflammation?

Report as

High fiber foods like oatmeal are options that would constitute a good diet for someone with Barrett's esophagus, a hiatal hernia and stomach inflammation. Spicy as well as deep fried foods should be avoided. It would be a good idea to consult with a doctor to find out the best foods to eat.

Shouldn't you be asking an actual doctor?

Why would you elicit advice from those you have absolutely no reason to believe know anything a out this? If the doctor didn't answer,'ask again, and again, until you get an answer.
