Can I legally sell or barter my 1/3 interest in a parcel of vacant land that I own with two others without their authorization?

The title/deed is free and clear, titled as tenants in common.

This is not legal advise: Yes. If you own an interest in the parcel and have co-ownership, then you can sell your share to anyone, unless there is some clause that will prevent you from doing so. It is always best to ensure that you are fully aware of any contracts or other legal issues that may arise from the parcel.

I guess that would depend on if you have some sort of contract with the other owners.

Tenants in common each own their share independently. Unless there is an agreement to the contrary, there is never a requirement to get permission to sell your ownership share.
