best way to lose weight without a lot of excersize

If you're not going to control your output, you need to control your input. Weight loss is like a math equation - if you take in less calories than you burn up, you'll loose weight. Simple.

I did Jenny and Weight watchers. I found MYfitnesspal app, and have now lost 62 lbs. so far. If you follow it and are honest is very easy. Counts calories only, no more bs! Good luck!

eat healthier and if not only eat only half of what you eat now that there would help you lose weight I lost 10-15 pounds

Try doing planks...it's exercise but it doesn't require a lot of moving and you can do it whenever, like if you're watching tv

Planks won't help you lose weight, they'll build muscle. :P

That isn't true any excerise you do burns calories which helps you lose fat also building muscle makes you burn more calories even when you are sitting still so it will help you lose weight in TWO ways.

@mikeymike304 yes having muscle does affect your metabolism, but the question was about losing weight, not losing fat. Building muscle actually will often cause you to gain weight, as muscle is heavier than fat.

yeah if you put on the same ammount of fat as you lost muscle it would weigh more but it is very hard to put on muscle and much easier to lose fat in comparison so by building muscle it is much easier to decrease your overallweight. Your coment about being a guy has nothing to do with this being a girl is better to build muscle to help you lose weight. Having spent 7 years helping people lose fat and weight and be healthier I know first hand that building muscle helps a person lose both fat and weight.

The comment about being a guy was because most women aren't interested in being muscular, they want to be skinny. As far as the other part, yeah I guess, but I know some people find themselves hungrier than normal when they exercise, which causes them to gain weight.

building muscle and being muscular are not the same thing. any work out even running makes you hungry no workout is any good if you don't eat a proper diet to go with it.
