I did Jenny and Weight watchers. I found MYfitnesspal app, and have now lost 62 lbs. so far. If you follow it and are honest is very easy. Counts calories only, no more bs! Good luck!

Try doing planks...it's exercise but it doesn't require a lot of moving and you can do it whenever, like if you're watching tv
