I'm a girl, 13 years old, I weigh 189 lbs., 5'5". I wear a size 14 in pants and a size L shirt.
I'm trying to lose weight, and I know I have to change my eating habits first. The problem is, I grew up eating junk food. The only fruits I like are bananas and apples, and the only vegetables I like are corn and broccoli. I only drink water and milk, and no soda or juice. My parents are supporting me. I'm not eating after seven pm. Also, how much weight should I lose to be a healthy weight? I don't want to be skinny, I just want to be healthy.
