should i be losing weight from my face

i go jog 3 times a week for 30 min an i push my self till nothing is left iv jog for 3 weeks already so is that good or no

You should be losing weight but only if you also check the amount of calories you eat in a day. In addition, jogging for 30 minutes is a great start and you should expect to lose weight gradually, so don't expect instant results.

Jogging for 30 min 3 times a week isnt over doing it. Great start!! Try to work up to an hour 5 days a week!! You are doing more than most where you are at and yes you will lose weight all over getting fit
