Eat veggies (you always should anyway) drink lots of water & cut down on salty stuff. I'm sure you are beautiful the way you are inside and out!

Walk everyday for at least an hour. Listen to music if you get bored. Drink lots and lots of water, ELIMINATE fruits and sugars and include vegetables in your daily diet.I assure you within 2 months, you would see incredible results.
