Don't drink caffeine or alcohol after bed
Don't use your phone etc before bed, it will just keep you up longer
Minimise distractions
Set up a routine to do each night before going to bed etc. brush your teeth, set out your clothes for the next day, do these things in the same order and try trick your body into it
These things worked for me, good luck

there is a new device coming out which looks like a pair of glasses, and you wear them before you go to sleep, which then helps you sleep.

You need a rest plan schedule to adhere to. Take a day and get all the sleep you can, it is essential for good health. Provide time in your day to unplug, take it easy. To me, being constantly "on the go" is a sad consequence of poor planning.
